  • Dedicated servers
  • Cloud hosting services
  • Domains and SSL certificates
  • Technical and customer support

Service delivery is typically automated and begins immediately after payment, depending on the product.

4. Account Registration

You must create an account to access certain services. You agree to provide accurate, complete and updated information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activities under your account.

5. Payments & Billing

All prices displayed on our website are in the currency shown and may be updated at any time. By placing an order, you
authorize us and our payment partners to charge your chosen payment method.

  • Invoices must be paid on or before the due date.
  • Unpaid invoices may result in service suspension.
  • Domain and SSL purchases must be paid in full before registration can occur.
  • Recurring services renew automatically unless cancelled.

6. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful, abusive, harmful or prohibited activity, including but not limited to:

  • Hosting malware, phishing pages or fraudulent content
  • Sending unsolicited emails (spam)
  • Distributing copyrighted material without permission
  • Running illegal scripts or harmful applications
  • Activities that damage the network or affect other users
  • Hosting violent, extremist or illegal content

Violation of our AUP may result in immediate suspension or termination of service without refund.

7. Service Provisioning & Availability

We strive to provide high uptime and reliable performance. However, availability may be affected by scheduled maintenance,
technical issues or factors outside our control.

We do not guarantee 100% uptime or error-free operation of services.

8. Data & Backups

Customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups. Although some services may include automated backups, we do
not guarantee backup integrity or availability.

We are not liable for data loss resulting from misuse, system failure, human error or other causes.

9. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your service without notice if:

  • You violate our Terms or Acceptable Use Policy
  • Your payment is overdue
  • Your activities threaten security, stability or legal compliance

Suspension or termination does not entitle you to a refund unless expressly permitted in our Refund Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebUltra is not liable for:

  • Loss of data, revenue or profits
  • Service interruptions, delays or downtime
  • Unauthorized access to accounts or data
  • Errors caused by third-party providers or partner networks

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service during the last 30 days.
