This Refund & Returns Policy applies to all purchases made through https://webultra.cloud, owned and operated by HANA RASHID LTD (Company number 16588746). By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. General Policy
WebUltra provides digital services including shared hosting, VPS hosting, dedicated servers, domain registration and cloud infrastructure. These products are considered non-tangible digital services and therefore do not qualify for traditional “returns” as physical goods do.
All refunds are governed by the terms described below to ensure fair usage and protection against service abuse.
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds only in specific situations and in accordance with UK consumer protection laws. A refund may be considered under the following conditions:
- The service was not delivered due to a technical issue on our side.
- The service cannot be activated or used because of a proven fault caused by WebUltra.
- Duplicate payments made by mistake.
- Billing errors.
Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
3. Non-Refundable Services
Certain products and services are strictly non-refundable due to their digital and instantly-delivered nature:
- VPS Hosting Plans (once provisioned)
- Dedicated Servers (once deployed)
- Domain Registrations, Renewals or Transfers
- SSL Certificates
- Server Add-ons such as IP addresses, upgrades, software installations
- Any service purchased under a promotional price or discount
Setup fees or administrative fees, when applicable, are non-refundable.
4. Service Cancellations
You may cancel your active service at any time via your WebUltra client dashboard. Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund.
If you request cancellation before the service is provisioned, we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.
5. Billing Disputes
If you believe you have been billed incorrectly, please contact us immediately so we can investigate the issue.
Customers must contact us before opening any dispute or chargeback with their bank or payment provider. Filing an unjustified chargeback may result in immediate account suspension and additional administrative fees.
6. Abuse or Policy Violations
Refunds will not be issued if the service was suspended or terminated due to misuse, spam, illegal activity, resource abuse or violation of our Terms & Conditions.
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us with the following information:
- Full name
- Account email address
- Order or invoice number
- Reason for refund request
Refund requests may take up to 7 business days to review. Approved refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
